About ferry schedule and service

1. Will the ferry service be cancelled in the event of bad weather? Can I get a refund?

The ferry will still depart as scheduled, although some delays should be expected in the event of extreme weather conditions. Your safety is our topmost priority and we seek your understanding and cooperation then. We love you guys too much to risk it.

Tickets are non-refundable, though you may use them for a later departure time (subjected to availability).

2. What happens if I missed the last ferry back?

Call us at (+65)90128000 or (+65)98381998! We will arrange an additional boat to pick you up. Do note that this special charter does cost $90 per boat for return to Marina South Pier and $100 per boat for return to Sentosa (max. 12 passengers).

3. Do I need to bring my passport/ID?

No, the islands are all part of Singapore - you're not really leaving the country even though it feels like it.

4. Can I bring my pet/dog onboard?

Yes! Our ferries are pet-friendly and they travel for free too (:
Gentle reminder that while we allow dogs onboard and off-leash in designated areas, please note that it remains the owners' responsibility to adhere to the relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

5. Can I bring my pram or my own bicycles/PMDs/fishing gear onboard the ferry?

Yes, especially if they enhance your experience there! Other large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and cooler boxes can also be accommodated.

About the islands
